NIMS Junior Work Schedule — How to Use

① Register a student

• Click "+ Add student" to create a new student tab.
• Enter the student's Name and Email, then set the Program (Master / Doctor), Start month, and Weekly pattern (select up to 3 work days).
• You can manage multiple students at once and switch between them using the tabs.

② Adjust the calendar

• Click any date to toggle between "Work day (blue)" and "Off day (white)".
• Adjustment months (Feb, Mar, Aug, Sep) and 7 days before/after are shown in light yellow — the 3-day rule does not apply to these days.
• Summer holiday (Obon) is automatically set and shown in light purple.
• A ! mark means a 3-days-per-week rule violation — check the red-bordered week and adjust.
• "Reset edits" removes all manual overrides (weekly pattern is not affected).

③ Share the schedule

• Send email: Opens your email client with the recipient, subject, and share URL pre-filled (you send it manually).
• Copy link: Copies the URL to your clipboard for pasting into chat etc.
• The share URL contains the full schedule data. Students can open it on PC or smartphone to view the calendar and export CSV (read-only).
• After updating a schedule, send the student a new link.

④ Color reference

• Master: 11 days/month, 132 days/year  |  Doctor: 14 days/month, 168 days/year
• Weeks containing public holidays or Obon days are exempt from violation checks

⑤ Data storage & limits

• All data is saved automatically in your browser's localStorage — nothing is sent to a server.
• There is no hard limit on the number of students. The practical limit is your browser's storage capacity (typically 5–10 MB). Tens to over a hundred students can be stored without issue.
• If you clear browser data or switch to a different PC, use "Copy link" to save each student's share URL as a backup.
• "Export CSV" downloads the full-year work data as an Excel/Numbers-compatible file.
